+使用できるNch MOSFETはVGSが3.3V(=inputが0V)の時にoutputが0になるような特性が必要。BSS138はデータシートによるとだいたい0.5A(500mA)くらい流れそう。10kの抵抗には5Vかかると0.5mA流れる必要がある。全然余裕で大丈夫。別に他のMOSFETでも、条件を満たしていれば使用できる。
