[4ビット双方向ロジックレベル変換モジュール BSS138使用: 半導体 秋月電子通商-電子部品・ネット通販](https://akizukidenshi.com/catalog/g/g113837/) を元にすると、1ch分はこんな感じになる。

使用できるNch MOSFETはVGSが3.3V(=inputが0V)の時にoutputが0になるような特性が必要。BSS138はデータシートによるとだいたい0.5A(500mA)くらい流れそう。10kの抵抗には5Vかかると0.5mA流れる必要がある。全然余裕で大丈夫。別に他のMOSFETでも、条件を満たしていれば使用できる。
